- Evaluating and improving marketing campaigns.
- Must possess a good understanding of human behaviour.
- Must have a positive attidue, an aggressive for growth and good work ethic.
Must have 2 yrs experience.

- Demostrable experience in marketing together with the potental and attitude required to learn.  
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels.
- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
- Up-to-date with the lastest trends and best practices in online marketing measurement.

Skills:
- Excellent communication and decision - making.
- Familarity with social media development stratagies.
- An exceptional level of attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- You will be reporting to the founder of the business.

- Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to excecution.
- Expermenting with various organic and paid acqusitistion channels: Like, Content creation, content curation, even management.
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts our target clients.
